Meinungsfreiheit in sozialen Netzwerken und das Netzwerkdurchsetzungsgesetz

Although there has been intense discussion about communication in social networks, it has frequently been incorporated into constitutional law only superficially. This dissertation therefore sheds light on the meaning of freedom of opinion for communication in social networks in all of their protective dimensions. In a second step, it examines to which extent the German Network Enforcement Act does justice to constitutional provisions.
